2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your place of residence or use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.

3. Accounts and Customer Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Products and Site Information

We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, images, availability, and prices accurately. Natural wood grain, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, and photography may cause reasonable variations that do not affect the product’s essential function. If a product is materially different from its description, the remedies in our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law remain available.

5. Pricing, Orders, and Acceptance

Prices, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are displayed before an order is submitted. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment, subject to payment authorization and fraud screening.

We may correct an obvious pricing or product-information error before fulfillment. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of an error, unavailable inventory, payment failure, suspected fraud, or legal restriction, we will notify you and issue an appropriate refund for any amount collected. We do not use this right to avoid an order merely because market conditions change after acceptance.

6. Payment

Payment is due using the methods offered at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We do not store complete payment card numbers.

7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Delivery estimates, shipping destinations, and fulfillment rules are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, refunds, the 30-day return period, change-of-mind returns, and the no-restocking-fee rule are described in our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You may use the Site only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You may not:

• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, data, or Site functions;
• introduce malware, malicious code, or activity that disrupts Site operation;
• use automated tools in a manner that unreasonably burdens or interferes with the Site;
• submit false, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unlawful content;
• circumvent security, purchase limits, or fraud-prevention controls; or
• use the Site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site’s branding, text, photographs, graphics, design, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

10. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, question, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with the Site and our products. We may remove content that violates these Terms, but we do not claim ownership of your content.

11. TikTok Creator Tools and API Uploads

These general Terms apply to ordinary website access and shopping. They do not contain the complete terms for optional TikTok creator tools, creator account authorization, API permissions, or video upload and publishing functions.

Creator-specific features are isolated on the separate TikTok Creator Upload page. Creators or authorized business users must review the specific authorization scope, publishing instructions, data handling, revocation method, and any creator terms displayed in that flow before connecting an account or uploading content. Ordinary customers are not required to authorize TikTok access to browse the Site or purchase products.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may use or link to payment, shipping, analytics, advertising, social media, and other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. A link does not mean that we control or endorse all third-party content.

13. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude warranties, remedies, rights, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those mandatory rights, the Site is provided on an as-available basis, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be limited, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting.

14. Governing Law and Courts

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim in another competent forum, the state and federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, United States will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site. This provision does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the laws of their place of residence.

Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact daihongwei@emfo-go.cn so both parties can attempt to resolve the issue informally. This does not suspend or waive any statutory filing deadline unless agreed in writing or required by law.

15. Changes, Severability, and No Waiver

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Site, services, or legal requirements. The revised version applies from the date posted and will not retroactively reduce rights already attached to a completed purchase where prohibited by law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
