Returns for Purchases Made on This Site

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns are accepted for items that are defective, damaged during transit, or significantly different from the product description displayed on our website.
To be eligible for a return, all returned home decor & wooden storage items must be:
  • Unassembled / unused
  • In brand-new original condition
  • With all original labels, manuals and parts intact
  • Returned with original retail packaging, hardware and accessories (if applicable)
Please note that items showing signs of assembly, improper use, self-modification, man-made damage, or missing original packaging/labels/hardware will not be eligible for return or refund.
Before sending any item back, please contact our Customer Support Team in advance to arrange a return. You may be asked to provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos or videos of the defective/damaged item

Refund Process

Return Shipping Fee
