Shipping Destinations

We currently accept orders for delivery addresses in the United States and Japan. A completed checkout requires an available shipping method for the delivery address.

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment authorization. Orders placed on weekends or United States federal holidays begin processing on the next business day. Our order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Delivery Estimates and Charges

Standard delivery within the United States is provided free of charge. Estimated transit time is generally 3-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery to Japan is provided free of charge. Estimated transit time is generally 7-15 business days after dispatch. A valid delivery method is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Remote destinations, carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, and peak periods can extend delivery time.

Tracking and Delivery

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order. Carrier scans can take time to update. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and monitoring tracking information.

Delays, Loss, or Damage

If tracking shows an unusual delay, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos where applicable.

Address Changes

Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or ships, and additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect address may apply.

Returns

Do not send returns to the registered company address. Review our Refund Policy and obtain return authorization before shipping to our designated return warehouse.
